Cross Movement
Ministries, Inc., is an umbrella that houses several special projects and
three ministry groups. Those ministry groups are The Cross Movement,
the group M.O.D., and T.R.U.T.H. who is a solo artist. Running the
day-to-day operations of the Cross Movement Ministries office involves a
half-dozen full-time staff members. As a new and growing ministry,
our staff is small but multi-faceted and talented. We all wear
multiple hats and do a variety of different things but one thing we have
in common is our love and personal commitment and relationship to Jesus
Christ and a heart to see those a part of Hip Hop Culture impacted with
the Gospel.

"Kim"—Administrative
Assistant
Ladies first!
Kim is our newest full-time team member and is the voice that
you hear when calling the ministry office. She handles a lot of
our administrative assistant duties. Kim holds a B.A. degree from
the University of Virginia and could get a dope job anywhere but she's
chosen to work with us and is even looking to the Lord to provide her
living expenses through the faithful support of her friends, and
others supporters.

"jd"—I.T. Director & Office Administrator
jd is the
Information Technology (I.T.) Director & Office Administrator for the ministry
office. jd
assists with networking our computers, web design, and anything else
computer-related. She also helps to improve office procedures, systems,
and documents and serves as our systems analyst. jd holds a B.A. degree
from Southeastern College and lives in Philadelphia, Pa. Read

"Tone"—Personnel
Director & Accounting Manager
Tony serves as
the ministry's office manager and aids in
the day to day operations of Cross Movement Ministries, Inc. He holds
a B.A. degree from Valley Forge Christian College. He also attended high school
with The Phanatik and for the right price can tell you a story or two!
He lives with his lovely wife Cheila in Philadelphia, Pa. Read

"Laurie"—Support
Development Consultant Laurie is a graduate of
Eastern University who holds a master's in Urban Economic Development.
She completed an internship with CM during 2000 and now regularly aids
the ministry as a volunteer in the area of Support Development.
Her focus is currently on assisting the ministry with its plans to
erect an Urban Learning Center some where in the Delaware
Valley/Philadelphia area.

President & Co-founder
Than Phanatik is our
Vice President and oversees several ministry operations, as he and
other members of Cross Movement the group are founders of Cross
Movement Ministries.

Ambassador"—President & Co-founder The
Ambassador is our President and head servant/leader of Cross Movement
Ministries.
