Objectives:

Networking with Christian churches and organizations to create platforms that stress salvation, emphasize Christian growth, and encourage Christian service
Providing Christian resources (music, literature, art) that are geared to both counter the negative influence of secular hip-hop, and serve as an alternative
Serving churches as manpower for evangelistic efforts
Using hip-hop as a ministry tool to conduct evangelistic rallies and crusades targeting high school and college age people
Providing encouragement, motivation, and inspiration to young people

Future Plans of an
Urban Learning Center:

Future plans for Cross Movement Ministries, Inc., include many things of which an inner-city Urban Learning Center is key. We'd like to use the favor that God has shown our most popular dispatched rap group, The Cross Movement, to one day start a Learning Center where we can help the Hip Hop generation learn and live out biblical principles in an urban context. For now, we plan to continue dispatching rap groups that use evangelistic rap lyrics that honor God, traveling to cities and sharing the Gospel. While consulting with and remaining accountable to a board of church leaders and solid Christians, Cross Movement Ministries will grow, expand, and remain in a lifetime of Christian ministry. We would like to be used in the following capacities:

Workshops: These are opportunities for us to speak on key issues which could vary based on youth's expressed interest.

Q&A Sessions/Panel Discussions: This provides an opportunity for one on one or group questions to be answered, which can create a more personal relationship between us. It can also create a platform for views and perspectives to be expressed and addressed between us.

Evangelistic Outreaches: We believe heavily in street evangelism and we believe there should be an opportunity for our team and yours to go into your neighborhood and share the Gospel together. This is also a way to invite the community to come and participate in the events that are taking place.

Evangelistic Concerts: This would be a time to use the method of rap, drama, and creative poetry as a drawing mechanism.
